My Kitchen (Food Truck)

 It's my cheat day ya'll lol  So this week we are featuring the My Kitchen food truck.  I'm not sure of hte accuracy of this backstory, but rumor has it that the owner of this food truck had his own restaurant that had to close during the COVID lockdowns.  

The menu mostly features burgers and fries.  I borrowed this image from somewhere.  It is not the most up-to-date menu.  But this gives you an idea of what they have available.  

  

I was eyeballing the Bacon Pimento Cheeseburger.  However, I was not digging the idea of pimento cheese on a burger.  This blog has taught me that I am a picky eater apparently.  I'm super picky about pimento cheese.  I ended up getting the Classic Cheeseburger and adding the blackberry and raspberry jam on the side.  I have had jam on a burger before from a different establishment and I recall it being quite tasty.  I also got the garlic parm fries.  They will let you get garlic parm fries with your burger.  Let me tell you, those garlic parm fries are "bussin" to use a slang term the youngsters use these days.  The burger was delicious.  It tasted like a good quality meat was used.  It was really tasty.  I added the jams to it and it was even more amazing.  But quite honestly, I could personally forego the burger and just nom on the fries.  That says a lot coming from me because I am picky about my fries.  They were crispy and had the perfect crunch to fluff texture.  They were perfect.  So if you see this truck out and  about, check them out.  You won't be disappointed.
